10 Ways To Kick Start Your New Year

You have to love a New Year. It means you can start afresh, change your wayward habits and create new stretch goals for you and your business.

It is also a great time for reflection and to celebrate all the successes and failures of the year that is now behind you. You can take through the things you did well into the New Year, and leave behind the screwups (but not the lessons learned).

If you haven’t already, I suggest you take time out for yourself to write down what you want your 2012 to look like in every way, shape and form possible.

As the experts say, if you don’t know where you’re going how will you know how to get there? The same is true for what you envisage for yourself – the clearer you can get, the more realistic it will be, and the more likely it will happen.

To ensure your 2012 is truly exceptional, here are the top 10 things you can start doing now:

1. Expect the best for yourself.
There’s nothing selfish in wanting to live the best possible life. Set your sights high, push yourself and always keep the big picture in mind. You’re going to need a fair amount of discipline to stay focused and achieve a life that you love, that you’re passionate about and that makes you happy. You know it’ll be worth it!

2. Love your gorgeous self.
The above can’t be achieved if you don’t appreciate yourself, warts and all. You are probably your own toughest critic, so don’t forget to let up on myself once and while and celebrate your achievements. Congratulate yourself during the year when you’re making great progress. Take time out to treat yourself each time you reach a milestone.

3. Have a grand vision for your business.
Let’s face it 2011 was a tough year for anyone in business. 2012 can only get better so it’s time to envision the success your business will have in the New Year, the growth it will experience and the traction you’ll make through consistent and concerted effort in the right places. Keep that picture in your mind and solidify it on a daily basis through whatever works for you – vision boards, written statements, weekly progress sheets or constructive team meetings.

4. Surround yourself with positivity.
No matter what, stay positive. Just stick to your company’s vision and think positive. Remember that problems don’t last long and having an optimistic outlook will get you through the toughest times. If you can’t muster it yourself, then turn to your support network of your best friends, mentors and advisors. Learn to let other people help you.

5. Plan ahead.
It is always best to have a clear plan in anything you do in life, especially in business. Better yet you should aim to have a plan A and a plan B for those times when things just aren’t working out. Flexibility and acting decisively on changes in your business landscape are key to success. Being flexible is more important than rigid plans set in stone. Life happens and you need to be able to react to make the most of it.

6. Bridge the gap.
A new year is also a year to re-connect with contacts and to start afresh with previous business relationships that may have gone sour. Learn to forgive. If you had a client or customer interaction that ended on a bad note then get in touch and ask how they are doing. Conduct business with an open heart and mind. It’s the best way forward for everyone.

7. Socialize more.
Get out and experience the world outside of your comfort zone, known as your office. Meet new people and exchange business cards with them. Who knows, that new acquaintance might be your next loyal client or future business collaboration. It invigorates your soul to meet with like-minded people and to learn from them. Don’t forget to pick up the phone and talk instead of just tweeting or emailing!

8. Become trendy.
Study the market and visualize what your target market may need or be interested in for the coming year. Read up on daily basis about emerging trends in your business space so you can stay ahead of the game, and prepare for your next move towards making your business more profitable. Around this time of the year you’ll see a lot of great articles on what to expect in 2012. Make sure you read them.

9. Share your fortunes.
Become a shining example of corporate social responsibility. Plan an activity where your company can contribute and help the less fortunate members of the community. It doesn’t have to be a grand party that needs to be publicized. A simple act of donating to an organization that’s making a difference is enough to show you care.

10. Relax and enjoy life.
It’s easy to say this when you’re on holiday but it really won’t hurt if let yourself enjoy yourself with mini breaks throughout the year. Yes, as entrepreneurs we tend to love our business and become addicted to it, but taking a break to recharge will do you and your business wonders.

10 Smart Ways Successful Entrepreneurs Take Risks

Being a risk taker in business is not the same as being reckless. Nevertheless, the word “risk” has a negative connotation to most of us, implying danger and possible loss. For true entrepreneurs, risk is viewed as a positive, with its implied challenge to overcome the unknown and hitting the big return.

In fact, risk is an integral part of life, as well as every business, yet so few people learn to manage it properly, or even want to think about it. One way to learn is to understand better how successful entrepreneurs approach risk, and look at actual strategies they use for success.

I found a great summary of key strategies used, with life stories, in a book titled “The Risk Takers,” by Renee and Don Martin. Here is their list, with a little prioritizing and comments of my own:

1.Spot a new trend and pounce. Often, a shift in cultural or economic trends will create new entrepreneurial opportunities. The challenge is to recognize the shift early, and then act on it, despite the risk. This is the origin of the “first movers” competitive advantage.

2. Go on a treasure hunt and find an under-served niche. Even a huge multi-billion-dollar company can’t offer everything for everyone. There is nothing more exciting than finding a lucrative market that everyone else has failed to spot or target.

3. Exploit your competitor’s weakness and make it your strength. The sharpest entrepreneurs have a knack for viewing the world from the perspective of their customers. That quality can help you capitalize on competitors vulnerabilities and shortcomings.

4. Hit ‘em where they ain’t. Whenever possible, set your sights on areas that your competitors have neglected or ignored. It’s easier than dislodging well-recognized existing products, and waiting for customer change, even if your solution is better.

5. Buck the conventional wisdom. Many entrepreneurs profiled in the book succeeded in large part because they veered away from established formulas and ways of thinking. Challenging convention can open the door to competitive advantage.

6. Save your bucks and get notice without expensive advertising. If your startup business is on a tight budget, there are creative ways today to get customers’ attention without traditional advertising. Start with social media, blogging, and word-of-mouth.

7. Never let adversity or failure defeat you. The ranks of successful entrepreneurs are filled with men and women who refused to stop believing in themselves, despite the derision of others or heartbreaking failures. Persistence and resiliency lead to success.

8. Trust your gut. An expanding body of research confirms that intuition is a real form of knowledge. It’s a skill you can develop and strengthen – one that’s particularly valuable in the most chaotic and fluid business environment. At such times, intuition often beats rational analysis.

9. Never stop reinventing your company. Top-performing entrepreneurs make it a point to give their business a major overhaul now and then to keep pace with changes in the marketplace. Complacency in business is like a slow leak in a tire. By the time you notice it, the damage is done.

10. Just start! The “perfect” time for a business launch will never present itself. More often than not, waiting just gives would-be competitors the opportunity to beat you to the punch. If you truly believe your idea will succeed, then take the risk and just get started.

We have always been a world of entrepreneurs, and if we are to rebuild our economy, we must reinvigorate the culture and mind-set that have built that tradition. Believe in the power of your ideas and just start the pursuit of you own entrepreneurial dream. With intelligent risk, you too can succeed.

3 Tips Untuk Menamakan Kedai Online Anda

Mengapa Brand Penting Untuk Produk Anda

Tagline. Pernahkan anda mendengar tagline ini “Just do it” “Think difference”.

10 Tips Untuk Meningkatkan Jualan Kedai Anda

1. Adakah produk anda akan menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan anda? Cba periksa semula. Pastikan anda menjual sesuatu yang menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan anda dan jangan hanya menjual produk “syok sendiri”.

Cuma, jangan terlalu berikan bonus sehingga mengurangkan "profit margin" anda.

8 Essential Small Business SEO Tools

Search engines are essential for getting your site noticed; however, it is an enormous challenge to optimize your site when you don’t have the resources or tools necessary. With these tools, you can optimize your page both on and off site.

1. Google WebMaster Tools

Webmaster tools give you the ability to improve your target keywords for search results by providing indexing issues, keyword visibility, impressions, time spent on your site, average position of search terms, and the click through rate. You can even set up goals, such as converting a browser into a customer.

2. Google Insights for Search

Another great tool from Google is their Insights for Search tool. This allows you to input any keyword and see the distribution of how heavily that keyword is searched in areas, ranging from the whole globe down to the city level. Insights also provides a list of other relevant terms that gain search traction for that topic.

3. URI Valet

URI Valet is the Swiss Army Knife of SEO. This tool is great for performing technical audits and gives the user statistics on server headers, the time it takes to download, internal links, external links, object details, as well as a text to HTML ratio.

4. Xenu’s Link Sleuth

Another great tool for site audits that downloads directly to your desktop is Xenu’s Link Sleuth. This tool analyzes your site and gives you a report on any broken links, lost mail servers, and the type of code that is being used on specific pages. Not only is this tool great for site audits, but can be an amazing resource when scraping your site for link building opportunities.

5. SEO Browser

SEO Browser breaks down a web page into a text file that easily allows you to see the layout of the page, from the title tag to the H1 headers and so on. This is a great tool when looking for a quick report on page structure information.

6. Rank Checker

When you want to check multiple rankings and have little time, the Rank Checker tool offers a quick and easy interface that allows you to check where a site ranks on Google. This tool runs directly off your browser, which can pose a couple problems. One, localization of search results can affect true search results, and two, if you are signed into a personal browser account, it will use your previous browsing history and tendencies. Negatives aside, this is a great tool for quickly checking where sites rank for the keyword you input.

7. SEO Toolbar from SEOmoz

Possibly my personal favorite of all the SEO tools I use is the MozBar. This tool gives you an instant look at the page authority and domain authority of the page you are on and even offers an in depth link analysis for anyone mining for quality links.

8. Shared Count

Shared count moves away from the traditional SEO techniques and into the social side of SEO. Shared count gives the user the numbers of Facebook likes, Tweets, Google +1’s, Diggs, LinkedIn shares, Google Buzz’s, and stumbles on StumbleUpon. Not only does it show your social status, but it has an open API so you can build specific tools to build on your social statistics.

Building a high-ranking site not only involves onsite metrics, but finding great linking opportunities outside of your site. With these amazing tools and some practice, you can start building awareness through optimizing your current webpage as well as finding great off site linking opportunities.

Apa Yang Usahawan Boleh Pelajari Dari Coca-Cola

The Gender of Money

When it comes to finances, women and men are alike in one way: According to a recent survey of married couples, about one-third of respondents said they had lied to their spouse about money–hiding purchases, keeping secret accounts or lying about their earnings. Men and women were equally guilty of subterfuge.

When it comes to spending household money, however, it’s a different story. Here gender makes a significant difference.

In Bangladesh, Nobel Prize-winner Muhammad Yunus, creator of the micro-credit phenomenon, has found that women not only repay loans more often than men, but that when women control the money, their families were more likely to benefit from the income.

And a study in the Philippines reported that when women have control over a couple’s savings accounts, expenditures shift towards the purchase of family-targeted durable goods, such as washing machines or kitchen appliances.

In the traditional view of economists, all money is interchangeable, seamlessly fungible, and “free” from social or cultural influences. All that matters is how much money, not which money or whose money.

But money is far from impersonal. A growing body of research by sociologists and behavioral economists finds a dazzling array of cognitively, culturally and socially distinct ways in which people approach money. Some of the most intriguing differences are in the ways that women and men approach spending–and those studies are already influencing how some policy-makers and organizations around the world allocate their funds.

Last year, for instance, Haitian authorities distributed food vouchers only to women in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake. They said the food would be more likely to be divided equitably within the household this way than if men got the vouchers. And Oportunidades, Mexico’s innovative anti-poverty program, successfully targets its cash transfers to mothers, conditional on their children’s school attendance and health clinic visits by family members. Follow-up studies find that the money usually goes for food, children’s clothes and school supplies.

The pattern seems to transcend generations. A study by MIT economist Esther Duflo finds similar results comparing South African grandmothers’ and grandfathers’ usage of their old-age pension funds. And it’s not just a peculiar feature of developing economies. Sociologist Catherine Kenney reports that in low- to moderate-income two-parent U.S. households, children are less likely to experience food insecurity when their parents’ pooled income is controlled by their mother rather than their father.

So why is it that a mother’s money is more likely to be earmarked for her child’s well-being than the same amount of money in a man’s hands? Some might invoke genetic predispositions to caring, or a strategic advantage women get from investing in their children (anticipating, for instance, their child’s economic support in their old age). But neither of those explanations goes far enough.

Culture matters and so do social ties. Women are often held to higher standards of morality in spending. Despite jokes about women as spendthrifts, mothers (and grandmothers) are expected to consider their children’s needs as paramount. Selfless spending becomes a hallmark of moral virtue.

Kin, friends and other relations reinforce cultural expectations. In their study of a group of low-income single moms in the Philadelphia area, Kathryn Edin and Maria Kefalas observed a “norm of self-sacrifice” among the women they interviewed. Mothers, they report, “are harshly critical of other parents who buy…extras for themselves” rather than their children. Indeed, they found that a mother risked “social censure if she has nicer clothing than her children.”

Policy-makers are certainly paying attention to the gender of money. Microcredit organizations and conditional cash transfer experiments like Mexico’s Oportunidades regularly rely on women’s distinctive spending patterns, and programs targeting women have recently sprung up in Egypt and Pakistan. In a recent book, journalists Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn offer their own rationale for supporting women-centered poverty policies in developing countries: “Some of the most wretched suffering,” they write, “is caused not just by low incomes, but also by unwise spending–by men.”

There is promise in gendered policies, but they don’t offer a full solution. Focusing only on private spending diverts attention away from crucial structural issues of inequality. A worrisome tradition persists in blaming poverty on the poor for allegedly misguided spending choices. Programs that focus on encouraging improved household spending practices therefore should operate along with broader policies providing income support for families and increased labor market opportunities, as well as wage parity for women. And rather than demonize spendthrift fathers, we should investigate when, how and why fathers’ budgeting becomes more similar to mothers’ budgeting. How do patterns change, for instance, in the case of full-time custodial dads?

Local SEO: 10 Tips for Ranking in Your Area

1. Get Involved in Your (Online) Community

If there are local websites and forums, then it’s a great idea to get your business participating on them.
This continues to bring home to Google the relevance of your business to a specific area, especially if you’re able to include links to your website (be very careful not to spam social communities, though).

2. Make Your Mark on Google Places

Getting listed on Google Places is free for businesses and lets people searching both Google and Google Maps see details of your organization.

You can list your address, number, and website, and users can leave reviews of your services (so it goes without saying you need to be a company that leaves customers satisfied to get the most out of this).

But, just like the regular Google results pages, ranking can be hard. After all, there will be hundreds of firms wanting to appear under a search for “plumbers in London.”

Make sure the information on your listing is accurate and matches that on your site.
Invite happy customers to add reviews to your listing so Google can be confident it’s offering searchers a useful business.

Normal SEO tactics also work: aim to develop plenty of links pointing at your site, using your location in the hyperlink if possible, and it’s also good to get other local websites to link to you.

3. Update Your WHOIS Info

Is your domain name registered with your current business address? Some experts believe that Google takes this information into account when considering which websites to rank for local searches, so it’s worth checking.

You can easily update incorrect information through your registrar account, making this a simple first step towards geo-specific optimizing your services website.

4. Get Involved in Your (Offline) Community

If your business can get active in your local area, perhaps by supporting local charitable endeavors or participating in community campaigns, you’re more likely to get local press coverage.

These stories will go on the newspaper’s website, further highlighting your relevance to the local area.

5. Don’t Forget the Other Engines

Google may have the lion’s share of the market, but that doesn’t mean it’s all you need to consider.

Yahoo Local and Bing Maps also feed customers to local businesses, so make sure you dedicate some time to your profile in these listings too.

6. Incentivize Positive Reviews

Anyone using the web to find local services is also likely to look up reviews to determine which company to use.

In addition to review sites, Google includes reviews on businesses’ Places listings. This makes it hard to hide from unhappy customers and will affect how much traffic lands on your pages via your Places listing.

If you can encourage happy customers to review your local services then that can make a big difference.

7. Consider Using Multiple Domains

For international businesses that provide local services, it can be a tough decision choosing whether to use multiple domains, subdomains, or subfolders on your website, as there are different SEO benefits to each.

However, if ranking in local search is of primary importance, then it’s worth considering multiple domains. Google and other search engines will look at your top level domain to see if your site is relevant to a country.

If you’re using a generic domain, such as .com, you can set your geo-targeting using Google’s webmaster console.

8. Look Beyond Google

When people want to look for a local service, Google isn’t necessarily the first place they think to look.

In fact, many people will automatically turn to Yell.com or other business-listings websites. Make sure your business has a presence beyond the “traditional” search engines. They are the first port of call for most people, but not all of them.

9. Give Prominence to Your Contact Details

It’s important to give real prominence on your website to any terms you want to rank for. If you want to rank highly for a specific service in a specific area, then it’s a good idea to give a prominent position to your address.

Mention your location naturally throughout your website’s copy, so the search engines can see that your pages are associated with a specific place or region.

10. Don’t Alienate Nationwide Customers

Some businesses also provide services on a national basis, so this can all be a balancing act. If you’re in this position, ensure you also highlight that you offer your service across the country and not just locally. This will help you avoid alienating potential customers from further afield.

For example, if you’re an accountant in North London, you might want to include information on your pages like “North London-based XYZ Accountancy offers its services nationally.” That way, you’re including your location while assuring non-local customers that you’re also available to them.

How to Double Your Business in Any Economy

For a lot of entrepreneurs all over the world, times are tough. Unemployment is high, prices are high, debt is high, it’s difficult to get financing, and even some of the largest companies haven’t been able to weather the storm. But it’s not all doom and gloom out there. Some companies have actually been thriving through the economic challenges of the past few years. How do they do it? What does it take to not only survive but grow when others are failing?

You might think we’re talking about industries that tend to do well in a down economy, like dollar stores or other discount businesses, but you might be surprised at some of the companies that have taken the lemons of this economic climate and turned them into lemonade – premium lemonade!

A Shining Example

One such company is Blue Fountain Media, a website design, development and online marketing company based in New York City. Far from being a discount service provider, this 5-Star Dun and Bradstreet rated firm produces award winning work (including web design, branding, communications, and all aspects of online marketing) for some very high-end clients, which include the likes of the National Football League, the New York Yankees, O: The Oprah Magazine, Public Broadcasting System (PBS), Proctor & Gamble, and the U.S. Mint, to name a few. In addition to working with larger established companies and institutions, Blue Fountain Media assists startups and not-for-profit organizations in a wide variety of fields and industries, from beauty and fashion to health issues.

So how have they done it? “I strongly believe that difficult economic times are the best times to grow your business,” says Gabriel Shaoolian, Blue Fountain Media CEO & founder. “When times are tough, every penny a firm spends is critical. Companies come to us because we have earned a reputation for delivering substantial return on their investment.”

Gabriel hits the nail on the head when it comes to how to thrive in any economic climate. Smart buyers – especially business people – are always more concerned with value than price, and that’s never more true than when finances are tight. Just as Gabriel and Blue Fountain Media have done, any entrepreneur can thrive, regardless of the economy, if they can communicate superior value to their clients and potential clients. It’s about giving people more than they expect for their dollar – going above and beyond to provide a product or service that has a higher perceived value than the actual cost. When you can do that, what you’re offering looks like a bargain, whatever the price tag might say.

One factor Shaoolian points out as key to his company’s success is his staff. “When your employees take that much pride in the work they do – and feel personally invested in the company – the results are amazing,” says Shaoolian. “The people who own the company are the people who work here.”

What it Takes

The key to doubling your business in any economic climate? Provide amazing value and leave your audience with no doubt about that value. How do you do that? Bring in the best people to execute the work, and treat them well enough to want to stay and give your customers their all. The formula isn’t easy, but it’s simple, and if Blue Fountain is any indication of potential results, it’s obviously well worth the effort.

Bagaimana Mendapatkan Testinomial Dari Pelanggan (Dengan segera)

Manusia memang gemar tolong menolong sesama sendiri. Cubalah sendiri.

How to Run a Home Business… Away From Home

The appeal of working from home is enough to drive many employees down the long and winding road of entrepreneurship. There’s something mythical about the thrill of no longer having to commute to work, or getting to spend more time with friends, or maybe simply working on a laptop in your underpants.

For some entrepreneurs, the home business is an oxymoron. Many of us are still drunk on the promise of books like Four Hour Work Week, and other bibles for a generation that has grown up believing entrepreneurs can take over the world overnight thanks to the power of the Internet.

What we really want to do is grow a business that allows us greater freedom in life. We want the ability to travel, to break the Monday to Friday grind, and to take back control of our lives.

Traveling while running your own business is an enormous challenge, but one of the greatest thrills of the job. The online professional has scores of beautiful countries to work from, but there are some obstacles to overcome along the way. Doing a Truman Burbank and eloping to Fiji isn’t the smartest idea if your business isn’t ready to board the plane.

Who can you trust back home?

Most businesses have a registered office where all post, checks and important mail is sent to. If you’re going to be trawling around mountains or chilling in rainforest hammocks, you’re going to need a trusted ‘secretary’ to deal with any mail that gets sent your way. It doesn’t take long to handle banking, or to open letters, but you need somebody to handle the task.

I would recommend bribing your loved ones with money, or using a mail redirection service – which varies in price from country to country.

Before you leave, switch from paper to online statements across all your major accounts. You can set up a Skype voicemail account to trap any important messages without getting charged to kingdom come in International calls.

Delegate the simple boring tasks to virtual assistants

This piece of advice has surely been thrown around enough times to become gospel.

When you’re slowly topping up your sun tan in a tropical paradise, with a cocktail by the beach and a mental list of all the work tasks you have left to do, do not be surprised if you end up neglecting those annoying little tasks that breach your chipper mood.

Here’s a simple way to look at outsourcing: if the task is easy enough to condense in to a How To guide, it’s definitely simple enough to outsource. Why waste your creative and innovative juices on work that a lemming could handle? Get rid of it! Easy Outsource is a personal favorite stomping ground for recruiting cheap but talented labor.

Become ‘hard drive independent’ with The Cloud

Most people work from laptops on their travels. But if there’s anything you should remember about laptops, it’s that their portability can often lead to their demise. We’ve all heard tales of shattered screens, clumsy accidents and luggage going missing. Unfortunately, theft can also be a concern when you’re traveling in to the unknown.

Protect yourself against the worst-case scenario by utilizing Dropbox, a brilliant synchronization service that saves your data to computers, phones and Dropbox itself.

Prepare for any time difference adjustments

Depending on where you plan to travel, time difference is likely to influence how you stay in touch with any important contacts. If you’re catching forty winks while customers and clients are badgering furiously for your attention, compromises need to be made.

You can do this by delegating to a virtual assistant or simply adopting the email-only line of communication (until a genuine emergency arises where you do actually need to retreat from the hammock).

Switch to online accounting

There is nothing worse than being messaged by the Taxman, in the outer reaches of Mongolia, asking for some information about your financial records, which you conveniently left at home.

Online accounting, preferably by a third party, makes life so much easier when you’re working on the road. Services like Crunch and E-Conomic are matches made in heaven for the entrepreneurial nomad who doesn’t like boarding planes with a copy of the books tucked away in his hand luggage.

Once your accounting is in good hands, and these other steps have been taken, there’s no better feeling than whipping out the passport and adventuring in to the unknown. The home business has never been more portable than it is in 2011. Take advantage!

Do You Market Solutions, Or Just Stuff?

People don’t really want your products. They’re not out searching for your service.

They want easier lives. They want to be entertained. They want their struggles extinguished and their problems solved.

This, then, is how you sell to them with email marketing: solve those problems. Stamp out those struggles.

Focus on meeting people’s needs in a way that positions your product or service as their solution. In other words, do what these eight marketers did.

Selling Solutions

These businesses had jackets, tickets, and memberships to sell. But they knew better than to just send a message saying, “Stuff on Sale!” Instead of stuff, they sold:

Style

Every morning, most women, many men, nearly every girl and even a handful of boys stand in front of their mirrors and demand, “What should I wear today?”

Usually, the mirror doesn’t answer back. So Neiman Marcus did instead.

With five new outfit ideas, shoppers need to find a way to recreate the looks themselves. And since they’re already on the Neiman Marcus site…

Entertainment

Instead of tickets, Brooks & Dunn present something fun to do with your pals. They even offer free tickets (and a party bus!) to one lucky winner.

You don’t necessarily need a giveaway (though they’re a great way to ramp up interest). The key here: if you’re selling an experience, keep the focus off the fees and on the fun.

Time

With the subject line “Could you use more time?”, The Container Store pretty much guaranteed themselves a high open rate.

Find a way to grant your subscribers that most precious of commodities, and they’ll not only want to click the “buy” button, they’ll be grateful to.

Street Savvy

The Motorcycles Only newsletter shares pro riding tips so bikers can talk the talk with the biggest and the toughest.

The best part? The email doesn’t actually give the answer – it explains the question further, then leads readers back to the site!

Kid-Friendly Recreation

Harry & David sells pre-assembled gifts, delivered straight to the recipient. It’s a perfect holiday option for busy families.

And since happy kids make happy parents, H & S threw in an activity for the little ones – with a prize designed to promote their signature product.

Adventure

REI had GPS units to sell, so they repackaged them as opportunities to “Navigate With Confidence.”

And the rest of the subject line promises “Easy-to-Use GPS Units.” Not only is your journey safe (your GPS will keep you on the beaten path) it’s also easy – perfectly manageable for the everyday consumer.

Parenting Solutions

Giggle knows that parents worry when their tots embark on a liquid diet or a three-month PBJ binge. especially with childhood obesity rates burgeoning in some areas of the globe.

With their “healthy eaters” broadcast, Giggle offers not only the products that can help, but suggestions for how to use them.

Try It Yourself

The key to selling solutions is first finding out what your subscribers want, then figuring out how your products can deliver it. Ask yourself:

1. “What do I have?” Make a list of your assets – long weekend hours, quirky salespeople, an overstock of flat irons.

2. “What do they need?” Consider basic human needs – safety, friendship, freedom. Then ask what your customer base wants – foolproof site editing, ways to impress their coworkers, a good night’s sleep?

Now match them up. And when you’re ready to make the sale, remember to explain what buyers will really be getting!

Kelebihan eCommerce berbanding Blogshop

*Sekadar beberapa fungsi utama. Ada pelbagai lagi kelebihan sistem ecommerce berbanding blogshop.* Sign Up untuk mencuba sendiri kelebihan sistem ecommerce.

Kenapa Harga Diskaun Boleh Membahayakan Perniagaan Anda?

Tips Untuk Mengoptimasikan Kedai Online Anda

Pastikan kedai online anda 'laju'.

Buatkan pembeli datang kembali!.

Overlooked Secrets Of Successful Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs are not born successful. They work long and hard to achieve their goals. If you have a plan and are willing to put forth the time and effort needed to see your plan through, you too can be the kind of entrepreneur you desire to be.

There are some important, often overlooked secrets to remember as you work your way down the path to success.

The first thing you must know is that you need to do what you enjoy. When you start out doing what you love, you’ll be happier right from the beginning. Know your talents and tap into them. Don’t waste your valuable time having a career that you can’t stand. If you focus your business on what you know and love, potential employees and clients will notice and be immediately attracted to it. You’ve heard the adage, “You are what you eat.” You are also what you do. If you want to manage your own interior design business, be the best designer possible, as your success as a designer will define the way you feel about yourself and the way others see you.

Don’t forget to project a positive image in both your business and personal lives. Being successful in business starts when you take care of yourself physically and mentally. Get enough exercise. Allow enough time in the day to rest and sleep. If you want to be at your peak when you are promoting your new ideas and business, take time to rejuvenate your personal self. Then, you will project excitement and enthusiasm to everyone you come in contact with.

A big part of success in any aspect of life is learning how to find and maintain balance, particularly between work and play. As important as it is to devote the necessary time to getting your business up and going, you must not let work overtake your life. Make time for breaks. If necessary, schedule break time just like you would an appointment and be vigilant about it.

Vacations are also a must. Maybe you can’t take the time off or spend the money to go on a seven-day cruise, so try a stay-cation. Don’t go into the office, stay home and work on a hobby or take a nap. Sometimes just a day or two are all that it takes to get the spring back into your step and clear your mind. Also, give your employees time off as well. Every person works better on a fully-charged battery.

Another secret is to continue to invest in your education. Look for ongoing classes offered by other successful entrepreneurs and business people. Remember that there is always room for improvement in your business, and if you want to attract success, surround yourself with it. Read books and then read more. There is no such thing as too much knowledge, and every time you learn something new you will become a better business person and a better employer. Above all, be willing to accept advice. You might think this is a tricky concept, but just because you allow someone to give you advice doesn’t mean you have to use it. Be open to new concepts and ideas, but rely on your intellect and instinct. After all, you’re ultimately the only person responsible for your own success.

Finally, look everywhere for opportunity. Don’t be afraid to start out small. Know that sometimes seemingly insignificant opportunities can lead to key developments in your business. As stated before, most successful people become successes because of time and effort. Thinking big but starting out realistically will get you where you want to be faster than trying to become a millionaire overnight.

Inovasi Tidak Semestinya Pada Teknologi

Soalan: Dell menjual komputer. Bukankah itu bermakna Dell masih melakukan inovasi berkaitan teknologi?

Jawapannya: TIDAK sepenuhnya. Semasa syarikat Dell baru sahaja bermula, Dell hanya menjual alatan-alatan komputer sama seperti syarikat-syarikat lain. Mereka cuma melakukan penjenamaan semula iaitu DELL.
